QSP & Ashdon Farms
Packets for the annual Fall Fundraiser will be handed out by troop leaders. The girls are encouraged to sell magazines, nuts, and candy to earn money for their troop. Girls must be registered and have a signed Activity Permission Slip on file to participate.
Girls can have people buy online or in person using order forms. The online method is encouraged for more sales but the in person method provides the girls with the opportunity to develop sales and organizational skills.
Go viral! Help girls sell by sharing the online option with family and friends — no matter where they are — via email.
Even if the girls don’t sell a thing, they are encouraged to fill out the Address Booklet and return it. Girl Scouts USA does earn money from QSP for simply providing addresses to prospective buyers. Make sure they are filled out COMPLETELY!
COLLECTING MONEY – IMPORTANT!
Customer checks must be made out to the parents/guardians. The parent/guardian then makes ONE CHECK out to: Girl Scout Troop [enter your troop's number]. Each troop will compile all the parent/guardian checks and then provide the Bayberry Unit with one check from their troop.
Even if people don’t want magazines or candy, they can still make a tax deductible donation using column “O” on the candy order form. A page of receipts is provided. Let us know if you need more or download using this link Community Sharing Program Receipts. Simply cut the receipts into strips before you head out to sell. Proceeds will benefit a local food bank. For more information reference the Fall Product Sale Community Caring Program sheet in your packet. This is part of the SHARE project.
Badge & Prize Opportunities
Girls earn badges and also prizes if they sell the required amounts to qualify. Refer to your packet for details.
